Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work for any service booked online at glamgoddessbls.com.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your booking by calling +91 82498 15020 or emailing glamgoddessbls@gmail.com. Cancellation timelines:

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge once, provided you contact us at least 6 hours before the original appointment time. A second reschedule, or any reschedule made within 6 hours, will be treated as a cancellation under section 1 above.

In rare cases we may have to cancel or postpone an appointment due to staff unavailability, power outage, technical issues or any situation beyond our reasonable control. When this happens:

5. Services Already Delivered

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed at the salon. However, if you are not satisfied with a service, please raise the concern with our salon manager before leaving the premises. We will redo, refine or correct the service at no additional cost wherever possible.

6. Bridal & Package Bookings

Bridal makeup, pre-bridal packages and other multi-session packages are booked well in advance and require dedicated stylist time and product preparation. For these bookings:

Already-completed sessions in a multi-session package are non-refundable. Unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled with at least 7 days' notice.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed, or if a payment was charged twice due to a technical error, please email us at glamgoddessbls@gmail.com with the transaction reference. We will verify with Razorpay and process a full refund within 5–7 working days.

8. Disputes

We try to resolve every refund request fairly and quickly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at glamgoddessbls@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute — [Booking ID]". Disputes will be resolved in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
