These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GlamGoddess website (glamgoddessbls.com) and the services offered at our salon located in Baleshwar, Odisha. By booking an appointment or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. About GlamGoddess

GlamGoddess is a unisex beauty salon and parlour located in Baleshwar (Balasore), Odisha, India. We offer hair, skin, makeup, bridal, men's grooming and related beauty services. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at the salon.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling +91 82498 15020.
• All bookings are subject to availability of the selected service, stylist and time slot.
• An online booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the booking amount (where applicable).
• You will receive a booking confirmation by email and/or SMS once the payment is verified.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

3. Pricing

The prices displayed on our website are starting prices for each service. The final price may vary depending on hair length, skin condition, choice of products, or any add-on services chosen at the salon. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before the service begins.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorised payment partner. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets supported by Razorpay. GlamGoddess does not store any card or banking details on its servers.

For in-salon payments we accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards and supported digital wallets.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before booking.

6. Service Standards & Satisfaction

We strive to deliver every service to the highest standard. If you are not satisfied with a service, please raise the concern with the salon manager before leaving the premises so that we can correct, redo, or address the issue. Concerns raised after you have left the salon may not always be resolvable, but we will do our best to find a fair solution.

7. Salon Etiquette & Conduct

• Please treat our staff with courtesy. We do not tolerate abusive language or behaviour.
• Inform us in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect a treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion if the request is unsafe, unhygienic, or violates our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the GlamGoddess name, logo, text, photographs, layout and design — is the property of GlamGoddess and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reuse or republish any part of this site without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlamGoddess is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of website use or service delivery beyond the value of the service paid for. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baleshwar, Odisha.
